The Carl Berry Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to improving menstrual health and ending poor menstrual health education and self-care in Jamaica. We believe dignity is a human right not a luxury. We connect donors, volunteers, and partners to empower women, girls, and communities for lasting change. We focus on providing menstrual care, education, and male allyship — because true equality involves everyone.

The Carl Berry Foundation centres its work on broad public benefit with three key areas of impact: advocating for Special Needs, strengthening Community Development, and advancing Personal Hygiene Education. Through these efforts, we remain committed to transforming lives, empowering communities, and driving meaningful change across society.
